Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate counsel to train AI models on professional documents and presentations. You will review and refine AI-generated contracts, memos, and slides, with direct ownership of redlining and diligence-reviewing, to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation.

This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week, at $100/hour, with ASAP start. You will work independently on your schedule while delivering high-quality, well-drafted commercial content for AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements across core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide summaries and trackers for obligations and renewals.
