Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a client-focused banking professional to drive New Sales Revenue through new-to-bank client acquisitions and cross-selling of SME Banking and Wealth Solutions.

You will ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and respond to customer queries within 2 business days, while actively promoting the SME Banking suite and cross-product referrals to Affluent segments.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education is required.
• Familiar with FATCA compliance.
• Familiar with working capital financing cycle and products for operating entities.
• Familiar with mortgage financing principles including the TDSR framework.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue targets through New-to-Bank client acquisitions and cross-selling SME Banking products and Wealth Solutions.
• Ensure compliance and quality of work meeting internal and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in active cross-selling of SME Banking products.
• Drive cross product sales of all Bank products and services for SME Banking and referrals to Affluent (Individual) level.
• Respond to customer queries within 2 business days.
