Job summary

RHB Group in Singapore is seeking a skilled Retail Banking professional to acquire and service clients, achieving sales goals and revenue targets through tailored financial advice and strong relationship management.

You will engage in client acquisition activities, support marketing initiatives, provide ongoing servicing, and promote cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in banking or related field.
• CMFAS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years in consumer retail banking with loan sales.
• Proven high performance with clean sales/service record in last 12 months.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and increase product penetration within the client base.
• Provide ongoing servicing of client accounts and deepen relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to expand wallet share.
• Ensure high service standards and address customer enquiries and servicing needs.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
