Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, economics or related field.
• CMFAS certification.
• 2+ years in consumer retail banking with loan sales exposure.
• Proven track record of strong performance with no adverse sales/service complaints in past 12 months.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and increase product penetration within existing client base.
• Provide ongoing servicing of client accounts and deepen relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank's products to expand customers' share of wallet.
• Ensure high service standards and promptly address customer enquiries.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines while maintaining customer service quality.
