Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and acquire new-to-bank customers. You will tailor financial solutions, deepen relationships, and drive revenue by promoting deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing options.

You will conduct regular needs analyses, provide advisory services, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC standards while delivering exceptional client service and achieving individual targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relationship management, retail banking, affluent banking, wealth management, or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and proactively manage an assigned portfolio of existing clients to grow and strengthen customer relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products and services, including deposits, bancassurance, wealth management, and financing solutions.
• Conduct regular financial needs analyses and provide personalized financial advisory services to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and proactive portfolio management.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth, revenue generation, and profitability of the Team.
• Ensure all customer servicing and sales activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
