RHB Banking Group is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our MMP Team in Singapore. You will acquire new-to-bank customers, manage a diverse client portfolio, and deliver tailored financial solutions across deposits, wealth management, bancassurance and financing products.

You will build lasting client relationships, conduct financial analyses, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relationship management experience in commercial or corporate banking.
• Ability to acquire new-to-bank customers and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products including deposits, wealth management, bancassurance and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong compliance mindset with AML/KYC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and proactively manage an assigned portfolio to grow relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products and services (deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, financing).
• Conduct financial needs analyses and provide personalized financial advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships through ongoing engagement and portfolio management.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue and profitability.
• Ensure all servicing and sales activities comply with Bank policies and standards.
• Adhere to AML/KYC and other regulatory requirements.
