A leading international financial institution is continuing to grow its offshore wealth management platform and is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to cover the South East Asia market, based in Singapore.

This role is designed for a commercially driven wealth professional with strong regional connectivity, a proven ability to acquire offshore clients, and the capability to deliver cross-border wealth solutions across multiple South East Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of offshore high-net-worth clients across South East Asia
• Drive new client acquisition through personal networks, referrals, and targeted market development
• Deliver holistic offshore wealth solutions including investments, portfolio advisory, lending, and insurance
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships with entrepreneurs, families, and professionals
• Partner closely with internal product specialists to provide tailored solutions
• Ensure full compliance with cross-border, regulatory, and internal governance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of offshore wealth or private banking experience
• Established exposure to South East Asia markets (e.g. Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam)
• Solid understanding of offshore investment products and portfolio construction
• Strong interpersonal, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
• Ideal candidate profile: 7–10 years of experience, mid‑career to senior RM level
