RHB Banking Group is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager for the MMP Team in Singapore. You will acquire new-to-bank clients, manage existing portfolios, and deliver tailored financial solutions across deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing options.

You will conduct financial needs analyses, provide advisory services, and build lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets.

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in relationship management in commercial or corporate banking or related financial services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, investments, bancassurance, and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling and financial advisory capabilities.
• Customer-focused, results-driven mindset; AML/KYC compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and manage an assigned portfolio to grow relationships.
• Promote a broad range of banking products and services including deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing solutions.
• Conduct regular financial needs analyses and provide personalized financial advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and portfolio monitoring.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue and profitability.
• Ensure all servicing and sales activities comply with Bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to AML and KYC guidelines and stay updated on market developments.
