Job summary

RHB Bank Singapore is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our MMP Team in Singapore. You will acquire new-to-bank clients, manage a diverse portfolio, and tailor financial solutions across deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing products.

You will conduct regular financial analyses, deepen client relationships, and help drive revenue growth while ensuring AML/KYC compliance and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in relationship management, retail banking, or wealth management.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and regulatory standards (AML/KYC).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and manage an assigned client portfolio.
• Promote deposits, wealth management, bancassurance and financing solutions.
• Conduct regular financial needs analyses and provide tailored advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive engagement and portfolio management.
• Meet and contribute to individual sales targets and team profitability.
• Ensure all activities comply with AML/KYC and internal policies.
