Job summary

RHB Bank Singapore is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our MMP Team. You will acquire new-to-bank clients and manage a portfolio, delivering tailored financial solutions across deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing.

You will deepen client relationships through regular needs analyses and proactive portfolio management, aiming to grow assets under management while achieving individual sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in relationship management in commercial or corporate banking.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, investments, bancassurance and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical, planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and proactively manage an assigned portfolio to grow relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell a broad range of banking products and services.
• Conduct regular financial needs analyses and provide tailored advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive portfolio management.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth and profitability.
• Ensure all servicing and sales activities comply with Bank policies and standards.
• Adhere to AML and KYC compliance requirements.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities for clients.
