RHB Banking Group is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our MMP Team in Singapore. You will acquire new-to-bank customers, manage a diverse client portfolio, and deliver tailored financial solutions across deposits, wealth management, bancassurance and financing products.

You will build lasting client relationships, conduct financial analyses, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 5–8 years of relationship management experience in commercial or corporate banking.
• Ability to acquire new-to-bank customers and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products including deposits, wealth management, bancassurance and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong compliance mindset with AML/KYC guidelines.

What You Will Be Doing

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and proactively manage an assigned portfolio of existing clients to grow and strengthen customer relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products and services, including deposits, bancassurance, wealth management, and financing solutions.
• Conduct regular financial needs analyses and provide personalized financial advisory services to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and proactive portfolio management.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth, revenue generation, and profitability of the Team.
• Ensure all customer servicing and sales activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to offer relevant financial solutions to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relationship management in commercial or corporate banking, or a related financial services environment.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, investments, bancassurance, and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling and financial advisory capabilities.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
