RHB Bank Berhad (Singapore) is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our MMP Team. You will acquire new-to-bank customers and manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering tailored financial solutions across deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing.

You will conduct financial needs analyses, provide advisory services, deepen relationships, and strive to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC and bank policies.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in relationship management or related financial services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, investments, bancassurance, and lending solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of AML and KYC compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and proactively manage an assigned portfolio to grow relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing solutions.
• Conduct regular financial needs analyses and provide personalized financial advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and portfolio management.
• Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
