Job summary

RHB Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Relationship Manager for the MMP Team. You will acquire new-to-bank clients and manage a portfolio, delivering tailored financial solutions including deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing.

You will deepen relationships, grow assets under management, and drive business growth through proactive portfolio management while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in relationship management, retail or wealth banking.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and manage portfolios.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and growing business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling and financial advisory capabilities.
• Good understanding of AML and KYC compliance.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and manage an assigned client portfolio to grow relationships.
• Promote a broad range of banking products: deposits, wealth management, bancassurance, and financing solutions.
• Conduct regular financial needs analyses and provide tailored advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive portfolio management.
• Aim to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth and profitability.
• Ensure all servicing and sales activities comply with Bank policies and service standards.
• Adhere to AML and KYC regulatory requirements in all activities.
• Monitor market developments to offer relevant financial solutions.
