Job summary

CTBC Bank Co. Ltd. (Singapore) is seeking a senior corporate banking professional to originate, develop and cross-sell within the bank’s strategy and risk parameters.

The role involves managing a portfolio of mid-tier to large corporate clients across Singapore and the region, handling credit assessments, cashflow projections and loan documentation. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8 to 12 years of relevant banking experience.
• Experience in syndicated, structured/ project finance and LBO deals is preferred.
• Experience in KYC/AML processes.

Responsibilities

• Originate, develop and cross-sell business within strategy and risk parameters.
• Efficiently manage the bank’s existing corporate assets portfolio.
• Focus on sound and profitable businesses with risk considerations.
• Cross-sell among product units and inter-branch.
• Oversee the credit process from deal acquisition to documentation.
• Acquire and evaluate new accounts, structure credit facilities and perform cashflow projections.

Job description

• To originate, develop and cross-sell business in compliance with the bank’s strategy and within the regulatory and risk parameters.
• To efficiently manage the bank’s existing corporate assets portfolio.
• To focus on businesses which are sound and profitable with consideration being given to the risk aspect of the targeted businesses.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Approximately 8 to12 years of relevant banking experience.
• Prior experience and have good client contacts in the Singapore and the regional markets.
• Handling mid-tier to large corporates.
• Prior experience in syndicated, structured/ project finance and LBO deals is preferred.
• Cross-sell among product business units and inter-branch.
• Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion (including documentation).
• Acquiring and evaluating new accounts, structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment, cashflow projections, sensitivity analysis and loan documentation.
• Experience in KYC/AML process.
