About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to join RHB Banking Group. You will manage and grow corporate client relationships, drive business development, ensure high asset quality, support team leadership, and mentor junior bankers.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Acquire and manage corporate clients to meet KPIs
  • Deepen client relationships and increase product penetration
  • Identify market opportunities and grow share of wallet
  • Monitor credit quality and perform timely reviews
  • Assist in restructuring NPL accounts and support BAU matters
  • Coach junior relationship managers and support team initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Corporate Banking or Credit Risk
  • Strong corporate network and product knowledge
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
