Provide nursing and basic care to clients.

Evaluate and monitor the progress of clients’ treatment regularly.

Bedside nursing duties (permanent shift / rotating shift / office hours) suchp as responsibilities listed below:

• Assistance with ADLs, lifting and transferring of patients where needed
• Provide comfort care
• Keeping pre-cooked meals to the patients
• Assist with activities appropriate to the patient’s abilities
• Vital signs monitoring
• Male and female catheterization
• Wound management, removal of stitches
• Tracheostomy care and management
• Nasogastric tube insertion and care management
• Medication management: Drug calculation/reconstitution, manage storage and administration of meds (inclusive of controlled drugs); Medication packing
• Ensure strict compliance with clinical regulations as a nurse

Create and maintain a database of all clients, ensuring strict compliance with documentation, and providing evidence-based treatment with accurate and timely records.

Ensure appropriate, legible, and prompt documentation when required.

Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN)
• Must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board with a clean disciplinary record (nurses on conditional license may not apply for this role).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT would be ideal.
• Some weekends, public holidays, and overnight shift may be required depending on client needs.
