Job description

General Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the customer tender process and ensuring it supports the company’s overall strategic goals.

Primary Duties

• Collaborate with global and regional account teams to lead or support tender submissions for key global and strategic clients.
• Analyze tender requirements and coordinate with APAC countries to collect accurate and timely data.
• Work with local offices and centralized procurement teams to develop competitive, high-quality proposals.
• Create project plans to guide pricing analysis, internal reviews, and alignment with global tender protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain up-to-date records within internal reporting and document management systems.
• Contribute to cross-regional meetings by offering insights and guidance on tender management.
• Resolve tender-related issues through corrective actions aimed at enhancing performance.
• Support additional tasks and participate in related projects as needed.

• Without tender management experience but with a background in freight forwarding are welcome to apply, provided there is a willingness to learn (training will be provided).
