Ambition, a global technology group, seeks a Regional Sales Support Specialist to back key accounts and strengthen the regional sales foundation for Building Automation solutions.

You will collaborate with regional teams, provide pre-sales and proposal support, and translate technical needs into business value while contributing to industry events and strategy programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or related role.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or automation solutions is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and India as required.

As part of its continued growth, they are looking for a Regional Sales Support Specialist to support key accounts, develop new business opportunities and strengthen the regional sales foundation for its Building Automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support regional sales initiatives and develop strong, sustainable relationships with key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies and action plans.
• Work closely with local sales teams and affiliates to provide pre-sales, technical and proposal support.
• Engage customers to understand their requirements, value drivers and buying criteria, translating these into relevant solutions.
• Support customer presentations, clarification meetings, industry events and strategic account programmes.
• Develop sales tools and materials to strengthen the regional sales approach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional affiliates to share market insights, best practices and sales experience.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development or a related commercial role.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation or automation solutions is highly advantageous.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate technical solutions into business value.
• Comfortable working across multiple markets and collaborating with regional teams.
• Willingness to travel acrossSoutheast Asia and Indiaas required.
