Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Support Specialist (Building Automation / BMS) to assist regional sales across Asia from International Business Park.

This permanent role requires a technical degree and at least five years in technical sales or regional support, with strong communication and pre-sales capabilities. The position offers a competitive salary up to SGD 7,200 monthly, AWS, medical and dental allowances, and WFH benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or regional sales support.
• Experience in Building Management Systems, building automation or automation products advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to support customer engagement, proposal preparation and pre-sales discussions.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Able to coordinate with regional affiliates, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable preparing reports, market updates and sales activity summaries.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales activities for Building Automation solutions across Asia.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and regional affiliates.
• Identify new business opportunities and support account strategy planning.
• Provide pre-sales product and technical support with affiliate sales teams.
• Support proposal preparation, customer clarification meetings and third-party events.
• Assist in creating sales toolkits and customer-facing materials.
• Gather customer requirements and work with Solution Specialists on proposals.
• Identify customer value drivers and communicate suitable value propositions.
• Document sales activities and prepare management summary reports.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market intelligence.
• Support tradeshows, industry seminars, strategic account programmes and brand-building activities.
