Ambition Singapore is hiring a Regional Sales Support Specialist to back key accounts and develop opportunities for Building Automation solutions across Southeast Asia and India. The role involves collaborating with regional teams, providing pre-sales and proposal support, and translating customer needs into value-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical sales or business development, with familiarity in Building Management Systems or automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development or related commercial role.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation or automation solutions is highly advantageous.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales initiatives and develop strong, sustainable relationships with key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies and action plans.
• Work closely with local sales teams and affiliates to provide pre-sales, technical and proposal support.
• Engage customers to understand their requirements, value drivers and buying criteria, translating these into relevant solutions.
• Support customer presentations, clarification meetings, industry events and strategic account programmes.
• Develop sales tools and materials to strengthen the regional sales approach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional affiliates to share market insights, best practices and sales experience.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare reports for management.
