Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Sales Support Specialist to back key accounts and develop new opportunities for Building Automation solutions across Southeast Asia and India.

You will engage customers, support pre-sales activities, and collaborate with regional teams to strengthen the sales foundation. The role requires a technical background, 5+ years in technical sales or related roles, and strong communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years in technical sales, business development or related commercial role.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or automation is advantageous.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded, with ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and India.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales initiatives and develop strong, sustainable relationships with key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies and action plans.
• Work closely with local sales teams and affiliates to provide pre-sales, technical and proposal support.
• Engage customers to understand requirements, value drivers and buying criteria, translating into solutions.
• Support customer presentations, clarification meetings, industry events and strategic account programmes.
• Develop sales tools and materials to strengthen the regional sales approach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional affiliates to share market insights, best practices and sales experience.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare reports for management.
