Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Sales Support Specialist to liaise with customers across Southeast Asia and India, supporting pre-sales activities for Building Automation Solutions. This role emphasizes relationship building and strategic account planning.

You will collaborate with regional teams, prepare tailored proposals with Solution Specialists, and help expand brand presence through events and market intel. Occasional travel assumed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or business development, with BMS exposure.
• At least 2 years regional experience covering SEA & India, flexible.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication, plus presentation skills.

【 Responsibilities 】

• Support the Senior Manager in interfacing between key customers and the company to establish sustainable relationships and build a structured sales foundation for Building Automation Solutions in Southeast Asia and India.
• Discover new business opportunities and develop account strategies and action plans.
• Collaborate with affiliate sales teams to deliver pre-sales product and technical support, including customer engagement, proposal preparation, clarification meetings, and event support.
• Assist in creating sales toolkits.
• Uncover customer value drivers and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
• Identify and influence decision-makers and buying criteria.
• Gather customer requirement data and collaborate with Solution Specialists to develop tailored proposals.
• Document sales activities and generate summary reports for management.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among regional affiliates.
• Monitor industry trends and collect competitive market intelligence.
• Support brand-building activities, including trade shows, industry marketing seminars, and strategic account programs.

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred; experience in lieu of a degree with relevant experience in BMS will also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, ideally with exposure to building management systems (BMS) and automation products.
• At least 2 years of regional experience, covering Southeast Asia and India (or partially, is also acceptable)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Open to traveling overseas when required
