Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist to support regional sales and marketing objectives. You will process distributor orders, consolidate monthly submissions, and prepare recurring reports while coordinating with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to keep operations smooth.

A Diploma in Business and Excel proficiency are required, with SAP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field with 2–3 years' sales administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales admin support to regional sales and marketing objectives.
• Process and monitor monthly rebates, claims and statements of accounts.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly sales reports and assist with budget planning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Support, Finance and Management to resolve operational matters.
• Maintain strong distributor relationships and support ad-hoc projects.
