Job summary

GUUD, a Singapore-based trade-tech company and subsidiary of EXEO Group, is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support Sales Operations, billing, AR, and contract QA in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance, maintain SAP/ERP records, and ensure accuracy in invoicing and reporting, using MS Office and SAP; a diploma is required and strong organizational and analytical skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in business or related field.
• Background in sales support, administration, customer service, or AR roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce).
• Strong written and verbal skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy in records and transactions.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Validate and reconcile sales orders and pricing; coordinate with ops, finance and sales for timely fulfilment and posting.
• Billing: Serve as primary contact for invoice-related inquiries; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Invoicing & AR: Prepare invoices, statements of account, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Month-End Closing: Ensure accurate and timely recording of payments and invoices in SAP.
• Data & Reporting: CRM maintenance, generate forecasts, KPI reports, and revenue analysis for management.
• Document Management: Organize contracts, agreements, and customer records.
• Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to audit and procedural standards.
• Commission Calculation: Prepare and compute sales commission reports.
• Internal Collaboration: Act as liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ad Hoc: Execute ad hoc assignments and special projects as required.
