Job summary

A logistics and warehousing solutions provider is looking for a sales professional in Singapore to drive new business opportunities and manage existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of sales experience in the 3PL sector. Strong negotiation skills and a hunter mindset are essential for success. Willingness to travel is required. Competitive remuneration package offered.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in 3PL / contract logistics, with regional exposure.
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven track record of developing new accounts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Overview

Location: Jurong East; Industry: MNC Contract Logistics, Warehousing Solutions; Remuneration: range from $6,000 to $8,000, with AWS and Variable Bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and hunt for new regional contract logistics (warehousing/3PL) business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while driving new business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and prepare quotations, orders, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with operations and solution design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Participate in international trade fairs and industry events to develop market presence.
  • Generate and qualify new business leads within assigned territories.
  • Conduct client visits in both established and potential markets.
