Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Sales Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring effective account management and post-sales support.
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to meet objectives and enhance market presence.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
- Oversee distributor sales performance to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and implement recovery plans for achieving targets.
- Prepare and monitor sales budgets and profit & loss statements.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Manage the Market Development Fund effectively.
- Create and assess the effectiveness of trade promotions, analyze return on investment, and suggest enhancements.
- Generate various management reports to track progress and performance.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in regional sales management, product management, or marketing management.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational growth and revenue.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and innovation, with a commitment to success.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong sales focus.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to leverage sales analytics.
