Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments or financial services.
• End-to-end knowledge of Payments from initiation to posting and settlement.
• Strong expertise in cross-border payments and high-value payment systems.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT network and messaging standards (ISO 20022/MX).
• Experience in payment transformation, migration, or regulatory projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in culturally diverse, distributed cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/SCRUM delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Payment Services platform transformation across multiple initiatives.
• Drive workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements regionally.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SWIFT messaging and cross-border payment processes.
• Analyze regional business processes to harmonize design for digital adoption and end-to-end processing.
• Prepare/review test scenarios and support SIT/UAT activities.
