Job summary
OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Manager, Payment Operations to drive transformation within Remittance, lead process improvements and implement digital workflows. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Business Units and Risk to simplify processes, strengthen controls and enable the future-state operating model.

Qualifications
- Degree in Banking, Business, Finance, Operations Management or related discipline.
- Experience in payment operations, business transformation or process improvement is a plus.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives within Remittance - process migration, workflow onboarding and system enhancements.
- Develop implementation plans, governance structures and progress reporting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes to improve STP and turnaround times.
- Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Risk and COE to translate strategy into practical improvements.
