JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced System Analyst/Business Analyst to drive requirements analysis and solution design for AI-driven digital transformation and smart-city initiatives.

You will gather and map business needs, review interface specs, and coordinate with IT, business, vendors, and regional stakeholders to advance Payments, Cash Management, and transaction banking projects.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
At least 3 years' experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking.
Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.
Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
Review functional, design, and interface specifications.
Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and requirements clarification.
Analyze transaction flows, data mapping, and system integrations.
Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
Review solution designs and vendor deliverables.
Support project governance, risk management, and reporting.
Maintain project documentation and project status updates.
Support Cash Management, Payments, and Transaction Banking transformation projects.
