Delivery Hero is seeking a senior operations professional to own an end-to-end process domain across 11 markets. You will define and standardize how the process runs in a dark store, prove it with data, and drive adoption through country teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, process improvement, supply chain or consulting.
• Strong analytics: SQL or advanced Excel and BI tools.
• Structured problem-solving - Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent.
• A track record of improvements that were measured and lasted.
• Comfortable on a store floor; insights often reside beyond dashboards.
• Influence without authority across markets and cultures; clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel roughly 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own a process domain across 11 markets and define how it should run in a dark store.
• Own one domain (inventory/availability or fulfilment/performance) with its SOPs and targets.
• Translate standards into store actions and country audits.
• Measure, diagnose, and own the domain's metrics within the regional framework.
• Analyze store-level data to identify root causes and drive fixes with ownership.
• Benchmark against internal and external best practices; design repeatable improvements.
• Collaborate with Product to define dashboards and data needs; prioritise with data teams.
• Deploy across countries through country ops heads, clinics, rollout support and audits.
