Job summary

Delivery Hero's foodpanda arm is seeking a senior operations leader to own end-to-end regional processes across 11 markets. You will define standards, drive audits, and implement improvements from the store floor to national rollouts. The role emphasizes data-driven diagnosis, cross-market influence, and scalable process design.

You will work with country ops heads to rollout pilots, measure impact, and ensure sustained adoption. Willingness to travel ~25% is expected across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, process improvement, supply chain or consulting.
• Strong analytics: SQL or advanced Excel and BI tools.
• Structured problem-solving — Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent. Certification is a plus, not a requirement.
• A track record of improvements that were measured and lasting.
• Comfortable on a store floor and able to influence across markets and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own a process domain across 11 markets, including its operating standard, SOPs and targets.
• Translate standards into actionable steps for stores to execute on shifts and for countries to audit.
• Define and own domain metrics, sources, frequency, targets, and owners in every market.
• Diagnose root causes from store-level data and assign accountable owners.
• Design repeatable, quantifiable improvements and pilot before scaling.
• Collaborate with country ops heads to rollout and verify adoption through audits.
