You will diagnose performance, set clear standards, and design repeatable improvements in inventory, fulfilment, and analytics. Travel ~25% and collaborate with Ops heads, product, and data teams to ensure audit-able adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, process improvement, supply chain or consulting.
• Strong analytics: SQL or BI tools.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Own a process domain across 11 markets.
• Translate the standard into SOPs and targets for stores and auditors.
• Diagnose performance and identify root causes with defined owners.
• Benchmark and design repeatable improvements in layout, batching, and planning.
• Deploy changes through country ops heads and audit adoption.
• Shape tools with product and data needs and prioritize accordingly.
