Qualifications

• End-to-end project management experience in banking/financial services.
• Experience with regional initiatives and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with bank systems such as IBPM, CMCP, Finacle and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (End-to-End): Manage full lifecycle of regional projects from initiation to closure, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across operations, business units, IT and regional partners to ensure alignment and outcomes.
• Digital Solution Implementation: Drive implementation and enhancement of digital solutions to meet business needs and improve customer experience.
• Innovating the future of work by deploying AI-first digital platforms to accelerate mobility, collaboration and high-performance employee experiences.
• Regional Connectivity & Expansion: Support expansion of regional system functionalities/services across markets, understanding local regulations and needs.
• Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and leverage digital tools and reporting.
• Risk and Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor progress and provide updates, using data to measure impact.
• Drive an innovation-led and AI-enabled transformation agenda, translating business challenges into scalable digital/AI solutions.
