Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business transformation or technology delivery projects in banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of overseas operations and regulatory environments within banking.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, intelligent automation, or digital transformation programs in banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects for financial institutions, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, deployment and production rollout.
• Drive AI, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives with business and technology stakeholders.
• Define project scope, governance, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue management frameworks.
• Collaborate with business users to translate needs into functional and system requirements and validate with data-driven analysis.
• Assess current and future-state processes and design practical solutions including system enhancements and workflow redesign.
• Facilitate discussions between business, technology teams and regional headquarters to align on objectives and deliverables.
