Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of proven delivery of large-scale technology programmes. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating business and technology stakeholders, vendors and distributed teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Strong experience in project governance, planning and risk management.
Proven ability to manage geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
Experience with loyalty, rewards or customer data platform migrations is a plus.
Banking/financial services background highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology projects from initiation through implementation and operations.
Define objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, governance structures and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans and implementation strategies.
Establish appropriate project governance, reporting, decision-making and escalation mechanisms.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk parameters.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors across multiple locations.
