Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations professional to join the Operation Project Management Team. You will manage change, ensure quality deliverables within project timelines, and contribute to GenAI/DocAi initiatives to reduce manual toil.

This role involves interaction with Regional Product, Technology and Operation teams and supports a fast-paced, employee-oriented culture aimed at continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of securities processing and fiduciary services operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clarify project scope, changes, and support impact assessment; document rationale for projects with no impact.
• For projects with impact, play a governance role to ensure design aligns with the data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partner with the team in the solutioning process to ensure scalable, no-ops friendly design.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign-off criteria with stakeholders.
• Perform UAT and manage UAT timelines, batches, and tester results.
• Prepare proper documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach.
