Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Experience in strategic initiatives, digital projects, change management processes.
• Multimarket experience and exposure to large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and transformation across the Regional COO Office of Group Customer Service Hub.
• Create and automate cross-functional reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare communications for senior management meetings, including updates and leadership forums.
• Conduct market trend research to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Lead demand tracking and adoption of digital and AI technologies regionally.
• Govern GenAI use cases governance and ensure compliance with standards.
