Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a highly driven professional to support large-scale technology transformation initiatives across the Bank. The role partners closely with senior technology leadership to drive strategic programs, governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, regulatory engagements, and cross-functional coordination across enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in project/programme management and governance within large organisations.
Ability to translate leadership direction into actionable plans and board-ready materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with executive-level storytelling.

Responsibilities

Partner with CTO-Applications to drive strategic planning and priorities across Technology Applications portfolio.
Translate business objectives into measurable workplans and executive updates.
Lead governance of strategic programs with integrated view of KPIs, risks, dependencies, decisions and actions across workstreams.
Develop high-quality presentations, board papers, and briefing materials for senior leadership and committees.
Coordinate stakeholders across application teams, platform leads, risk, finance, architecture and central functions to drive decisions and execution.
Plan and facilitate leadership meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including minutes and follow-up.
