Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead banking technology initiatives across Core Banking, Lending, and Trade Finance. You will drive end-to-end governance, planning, and delivery in a regulated environment, coordinating business and technology teams to implement banking solutions.

Responsibilities include defining scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder alignment; managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project delivery experience.
• Significant banking domain delivery experience.
• Experience in Core Banking, Lending or Trade Finance.
• Experience with banking system implementations and migrations.
• Strong SDLC, testing, release management and production rollout knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management with business and tech teams.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects.
• Define scope, timeline, milestones, budget, dependencies, and resource plan.
• Develop and manage project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across on/offshore delivery.
• Monitor delivery progress and drive timely closure of issues, risks, and dependencies.
