Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7–10 years of experience in digital, investment product management or strategic planning functions.
• Deep knowledge of investment products, financial planning and customers’ investment needs.
• Independent, self-starter with ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Deep understanding of digital banking trends, emerging technologies (AI, cloud) and regulatory landscapes across key Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital investment product strategy and regional platform roadmap across DBS consumer markets.
• Establish regional standards for investment product execution journeys for clients and employees; promote reusability and sharing of best practices across markets.
• Collaborate with market-level product managers, wealth platform and technology teams to evaluate, prioritise and deliver high-impact investment initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation of investment platforms and digital capabilities, leveraging emerging technologies (including generative AI) and industry trends.
• Lead regional projects from conception to implementation with strong stakeholder management and governance.
