As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are seeking a dynamic Regional HR Business Partner to join our team, reporting directly to the Vice President, HR, Asia Pacific.
This role provides full accountability for HR Business Partnering across South East Asia, enabling the business to achieve its goals through expert HR leadership and management.
Lineage grow primarily by acquisition, which is why we require a Business Partner experienced in driving HR process standardisation across SEA, preferably in a logistics business or established multi-national company.
Extensive HR Expertise : An accomplished Generalist HR practitioner, preferably in a blue-collar environment.
Leadership Experience : Proven ability to lead and develop experienced HR teams across multiple SEA markets.
Education : Degree in HR, Business, or Commerce.
Problem-Solving Ability : A bold, innovative mindset to tackle challenges and deliver breakthrough strategies.
