Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Business Development or Sales, ideally in SaaS, mobility tech, or transportation.
  • Proven success in ASEAN markets; experience with public tenders is a plus.
  • Strong network among rail/bus operators, ministries, and system integrators.
  • Ability to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for ASEAN and key Asian markets.
  • Win new business with operators, government agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Build C-suite relationships and represent the company at events.
  • Manage full commercial cycles from opportunity to negotiation.
  • Enter new markets and shape regional priorities.
