Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Region/Business Unit President. The role delivers high-level administrative support across sales operations, meetings, travel, and strategic initiatives in APAC and allied regions.

You will coordinate calendars, prepare materials, and manage confidential documents while facilitating executive alignment across VPs in India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea and Japan, and staff in Denver.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in any field with 5–8 years’ EA experience.
• Strong English and Mandarin language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting senior management in US MNC or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Unit President.
• 0
• Arrange meetings, prepare materials, and distribute minutes.
• Schedule calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate agendas across APAC regions and with Denver executives.
• Lead staff meetings, QBRs, and townhalls.
• Support finalization of PowerPoint presentations and reports.
