Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Regional Program Manager in Singapore to define markets and grow key customer relationships. You will plan strategy, develop opportunities, and lead initiatives across Arrow’s supplier lines, with a focus on solution selling and supply chain value.

You will prepare IQBRs, drive QBRs with major customers, and promote lifecycle programs. A 4-year degree and 5–7 years of related experience are typical; deep knowledge of Arrow’s offerings is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical/engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory and develop key relationships.
• Develop strategic plans for accounts and market Arrow’s offerings.
• Prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Promote Arrow’s value-added supply chain and lifecycle programs; use sales tracking tools.
