Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Regional Program Manager to define markets, strategize, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned territory.

You will manage solution selling, price models, and lifecycle programs with Arrow’s supplier lines, while delivering iQBRs and QBRs to grow sales and improve service. The role requires 5–7 years of related experience and a 4-year degree, with a focus on electronics industry dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree.
• Experience in electronics or technology vendors.
• Ability to lead strategic plans and QBRs.
• Proficient in pricing programs and models.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned territory.
• Plan strategy and develop key relationships for solution selling.
• Prepare and present iQBRs and quarterly business reviews.
• Promote Arrow offerings including supply chain and full lifecycle programs.
• Operate with minimal guidance and mentor junior staff.
