Job summary

Arrow Electronics Asia (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Program Manager in Singapore. You will define markets and key customers, plan strategies, and build strong relationships to support solution selling across Arrow’s offerings.

The role involves leading QBRs, promoting supply chain value-adds, and using Salesforce/Oracle for tracking and planning. With 5–7 years of related experience and a four-year degree, you’ll navigate complex accounts, manage pricing programs, and contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree.
Experience in electronics or technology sales environment is preferred.
Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and sell Arrow offerings.

Responsibilities

Define markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory and develop relationships.
Plan strategy and promote Arrow’s full offerings including pricing programs and solutions.
Prepare quarterly internal reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
Promote value-add supply chain and lifecycle programs; track sales with SFDC and Oracle.
Operate within a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
