Arrow Electronics Asia (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for South Asia to lead the sales teams, drive profitability, and achieve growth aligned with the company vision. The role requires strategic leadership, field sales activity, and strong stakeholder management across customers, suppliers, and Arrow corporate.

The incumbent will set priorities, forecast opportunities, and guide the team toward high performance, while driving process improvements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales efforts of the team and provide leadership toward profitability and growth as per company vision.
• Forecast and drive teams to manage opportunities and sales; represent the team internally and externally; ensure department exceeds expectations from vendor and customer perspectives.
• Lead strategic and sales objectives for the teams; conduct field sales account calls and supplier reviews to drive profitability and growth.
• Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships to deliver service excellence and process efficiencies; communicate with senior level contacts at customers and Arrow corporate.
