We are seeking to fill the role of Regional Manager for this thriving business and region.

You will be part of Energy Systems’ executive leadership team, reporting to the CEO of Energy Systems.

Scope
  • The Regional Director is responsible for the level 2 leadership in the region
  • Regional Director has a strong market and customer focus
  • They stimulate collaboration within their region as well as across the other regions
  • They collaborate closely with Growth, Innovation & Digital to standardise and innovate across
  • They have ownership of positioning in market and external relations in collaboration with Marketing, Communication Policy
  • The design enables efficient scaling, optimises cost of delivery at sub-scale countries
  • An Operational Director is optional, at the discretion of the Regional Director to implement to assist daily operations for a large and diverse regional BU regions through clear expectations
Primary tasks of this role
  • Leading joint purpose across the business area for colleagues and customers
  • Drive sales at key accounts owned in region
  • Building and strengthening senior customer relationships
  • Supporting/coaching the Key Account Manager in the region and collaboration across delivery teams to serve customers
  • Manage service portfolio in line with regional dynamics while following global standards and tools
  • Ensuring efficient service delivery model and an aligned workforce plan
  • Balancing customer portfolio
  • Strategic direction for the market in line with global strategy; customizing solutions to key customers and deliver repeatable profitable services for all other customers
  • Support CEO of Energy Systems in strategy and decision making
