Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional who can drive the full sales cycle: from identifying and generating new opportunities ("hunter") to negotiating and closing deals ("closer"). The ideal candidate combines proactive business development with strong sales execution skills, building a robust pipeline of prospects and converting them into long-term Acclime clients.


You will play a pivotal role in driving Acclime’s growth in Singapore and across Asia by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing complex deals, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.


This is a dual-role position, with responsibilities for both Singapore’s business development efforts and regional, multi-market growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Development: Proactively generate new leads and opportunities from target companies, events, and outbound outreach.

  • Build and manage a referral partner network (law firms, banks, chambers of commerce, consultancies).

  • Promote Acclime’s brand and services through networking events, webinars, and industry initiatives.

  • Develop joint marketing and business development activities with referral partners.

  • Explore new industries, geographies, and service lines to create future revenue streams.



  • Sales: Manage the complete sales process from qualification to signed contract, ensuring a seamless client onboarding handover.

  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and engagement letters using Ignition and HubSpot.

  • Expand Acclime’s client base by converting inbound leads and cross-selling or upselling to existing clients.

  • Represent Acclime in client relationships and deliver a professional, solutions-driven client experience.

  • Contribute to sales strategy, reporting, and forecasting at both the Singapore and regional levels.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value, multi-jurisdictional deals.



  • Regional Collaboration & Multi-Market Sales

  • Collaborate with other Acclime markets on multi-jurisdictional opportunities and cross-border referrals.

  • Support group-wide initiatives to strengthen Acclime’s brand and sales culture across all 18 markets.


Who We’re Looking For


  • Experience: 4–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate services, professional services, or consulting. Strong hunter profile with a track record of securing new business.

  • Skills: Excellent networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Personality: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, persistent, and highly results-driven.

  • Language: Fluency in English.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate services, accounting, tax, payroll, or advisory services preferred.

  • Tools: Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable using digital sales tools.
