Qualifications
Job responsibilities
  • Own the global client and agency partnership, manage C-level and executive relationships to drive digital transformation.
  • Architect and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align Google's full suite of products with the client's global and local market goals.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by orchestrating collaboration between Google teams (e.g., Data and Tech, Creative Works, Cloud) and global/regional market teams to deliver maximum client impact.
  • Act as a thought leader, leverage expertise of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) landscape and the client’s business to identify emerging growth opportunities and anticipate future tests. Partner with internal teams to implement measurement frameworks that demonstrate partnership value.
  • Engage with executive leadership to build trust, drive alignment, and promote collaboration across Google and partner teams to achieve shared goals.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising business, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to C-level executive audiences.
  • Experience in project management and working across internal and external stakeholders, at the agency and client.
  • Experience with sales leadership and executive presence, with the ability to manage relationships and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the CPG industry tests and opportunities.
